About

Why we built Deal Intelligence.

Every revenue leader has lived the same scene. The deal was going well. Then it went dark. Three weeks later, closed-lost. The competitor had been in there the whole time — running discovery, demoing, negotiating — while you sent follow-up emails into silence. The most important conversation in the deal happened in a room you didn't know existed.

We've sat on both sides of that loss. As founders. As GTM operators. As the people watching the dashboard light up green right until the dashboard suddenly went red.

The standard answer in B2B SaaS is that you should never be surprised by competitive deals — that good discovery, good champions, good pipeline review will surface the competitive evaluation early. In our experience, that answer is true the way "you should never be surprised by a layoff" is true. It's true on the days everything is going well. It's not true on the days the market is moving fast, your buying committee has six people, and three of them are quietly taking discovery calls you weren't on.

The pattern is structural. The information your buyer has about your competitor is published, in real time, on professional networks. The information your competitor has about your buyer is the same. Both sides know who's talking. Only the seller — the one trying to win the deal — is operating with last week's data.

Deal Intelligence is the simplest version of fixing that. Verified events. Named on both sides. 0.95+ confidence. Real-time. Shipped to the surfaces your team already operates in — Clay tables, Claude Code agents, your CRM, your Slack. No new dashboard. No new tool. Just the data, where the work happens.

The first customers — Vendr, Gainsight, Navattic, attention, Momentum, QA Wolf, securitypal — built the product with us. The current shape of the API, the six endpoints, the event schema, the routing patterns: all of it came from operators who told us what they actually needed to act on, when, and through what surface. We are deeply grateful to them and continue to learn from them.

If you've ever watched a deal go dark and three weeks later seen the closed-lost notification land in your inbox, this product was built for you.

Principles

How we think about the product.

01

Events are observed, not inferred.

Intent data infers. Predictive scoring infers. Lead heat infers. Deal Intelligence reports observed actions. If we didn't see it, we don't ship it. The event either fires above 0.95 confidence or it doesn't fire at all.

02

No new dashboards. No new tools.

The team that wins is the team that has the data in the surface where the work happens. Clay tables. Claude Code agents. CRM. Slack. We don't build a UI. We don't ask your team to learn another tool. We ship into yours.

03

Retention is a liability, not a feature.

We don't keep buyer-identifiable data beyond the moment the event publishes. The audit log retains hashes, not identities. The data delivered to your stack is the only persistent copy. We can't replay your buyer's history. Neither can anyone we're breached by.

04

Humble register, technical precision.

The product is described plainly. The pricing is named plainly. The honesty about what we don't promise is published plainly. We don't run brand campaigns; we ship documentation. The customers who buy from us are the customers who read documentation.

Team

Built by operators, for operators.

A small team of GTM engineers, data platform engineers, and former revenue leaders. We work asynchronously across three time zones. We're hiring deliberately — design partners and customer-facing engineers are the current open roles.

Founders

Former GTM operators

Built and ran outbound at three previous B2B SaaS companies. Sat in the seat where the closed-lost notification lands.

Engineering

Data platform veterans

Background in identity matching, real-time event pipelines, and compliance-aware data infrastructure. Two former Stripe, one former Datadog.

Customer-facing

GTM engineers who write code

Every customer onboarding is run by an engineer who can read your Clay table or your Claude Code config and configure routing in the same session.
