For GTM engineering leaders

Route on facts, not scores.

Give your workflows a trigger they can trust. Every activity names the buyer and the competitor, and is checked on both sides before it publishes.

More signals made more alerts. Not more pipeline.

Inferred signals need someone to check them. When nobody does, the routing you built goes unworked.

A score is not a reason.

An account’s intent went up. Nobody can say who, or why, so the rep moves on.

Noise trains reps to ignore.

Route every probability straight to reps and they learn to skip the alerts. Add a review step and nothing is automatic.

Spend you have to defend.

At renewal, finance asks what each source produced. A signal nobody worked is hard to defend.

A trigger precise enough to automate.

Put every activity on the CRM record, route it to the owner and add it to a campaign. Each one is a named buyer, a named competitor and a date, so no one has to check it first.

  • Native fields. Account, Contact and Lead records in Salesforce and HubSpot. Your flows, scores and reports run on them.
  • Owner routing. Slack cards tag the account owner, with the account status and any open opportunity.
  • Tagged by play. Competitor evaluations, Competitor customers, Deals at-risk, Closed-lost revivals or Renewals at-risk, so each activity lands in the right campaign.
  • Your thresholds. A confidence score travels with every activity, so you set the bar for automation.

Precise enough that reps work it.

Judge a signal by whether the team acts on it. Each number links to the customer’s story.

“The team loves the data. They are hungry for it.”

Runs like the rest of your stack.

Plug it into the systems you already maintain. No new dashboard for reps, and your CRM stays the system of record.

  • Always-on. Every morning, new activity runs your rules on its own: routed to the owner, flagged on the opportunity, and added to the campaigns and ads audiences you set.
  • Salesforce and HubSpot. Native sync. Other CRMs connect by webhook.
  • Clay. Reads the CRM fields with no extra setup, or takes a row per activity through a webhook table.
  • Webhooks. Signed with HMAC-SHA256, retried for 24 hours, with a dead-letter queue and replay.
  • Ask, in Claude. A hosted, read-only MCP server. Tools like /pipeline_at_risk join activity with your open opportunities.
  • Snowflake. A daily share, on the Custom plan.
  • Security. SOC 2 audited. Your CRM records are never stored.

We already route intent signals.
Keep them. Intent shows which accounts might be interested. Deal Intelligence adds verified competitor activity, with the buyer and the competitor named, as fields your existing rules can run on.
How do you verify an activity?
Identity, role, and company on both sides are confirmed against authoritative sources before an activity publishes. Every activity is verified and timestamped, with both the buyer and the competitor named.
Which CRM fields does it write?
Deal Intelligence writes to Account, Contact and Lead records in Salesforce and HubSpot: di_competitors__c, di_latest_competitor__c, di_activity_types__c, di_latest_activity_type__c and di_latest_activity_date__c. HubSpot uses the equivalent properties. Other CRMs connect by webhook.
Can we set our own thresholds?
Yes. A confidence score travels with every activity, and webhooks accept a minimum-confidence filter, so you decide what reaches automation. See the webhook docs.
What happens if a webhook fails?
Deliveries are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried with exponential backoff for 24 hours. After that they move to a dead-letter queue, and you can replay any event.
Is the Claude connector read-only?
Yes. The hosted MCP server is read-only and never writes to your CRM. CRM sync is a separate, native integration.
Is the data ethically sourced and compliant?
Yes. Every activity is ethically sourced, and your CRM data is never stored. SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA compliant, with data encrypted in transit and at rest.
How do we start?
A 30-day pilot on your own account list with an ROI guarantee: new pipeline, or a competitor found in one of your open deals. Connect Salesforce or HubSpot, name your competitors, and activities start once your list is ingested, typically within 24 hours.

Turn your competitors’ pipeline into yours.
